Welcome to the Redwolf Design Center presented by Cedarcrest High School Teched Department.

At this site you can find the syllabi and course descriptions for teched classes. Also available for viewing are pictures of students working and showing their projects, pictures of students participating in the Chrysler Build Your Dream Vehicle Competition, and renderings of projects done in engineering design.

Use the navigation bar at the left to navigate the website. Or click on the pictures below to view your favorite gallery of pictures/renderings. As with all websites, this one is still being finished/updated. If you find any errors or have questions, please e-mail the teched webmaster (see link at the bottom of the page).

Exciting things are happening at the Redwolf Design Center (Teched Department at Cedarcrest). Just take a look.

Projects are a big part of Engineering Design I. Students design, build, and test projects that challenge their budding interest in engineering and engineering-related fields. You will see the students with their projects in these photos.
The Chrysler Build Your Dream Vehicle (BYDV) Competition has been a big part of Engineering Design for the past several years. Students from any level of Engineering Design participate and compete against each other in this national competition to design the vehicle of the future. It is a wonderful experience. In these pictures, you will see students preparing for and participating in the competition and you will also see them celebrating the experience afterward.
Advanced Engineering students create their projects digitally. Students primarily use Rhino to create three-dimensional figures. Students start with projects that develop their modeling and design skills. They use research to make their projects realistic and finally create product specification sheets. The more advanced the students become, the more freedom they have in creating their designs. You will see some great designs in these pictures and renderings.
