Paper Bridge
One of the leadership activities that has been used to develop team work and enhance the understanding of the importance of planning is the paper bridge project. Students got into groups and built bridges with paper and one roll of masking tape. They built bridges that spanned about 24 inches and were to hold up as many engineering books as possible. The designs were unique and held up different amounts of weight. Some even held up the designers.
